Tree Bird Hop

Hello all and welcome to my
stop on the Tree Bird Hop!!

I was really unsure on just
what to create with the cute
little birdie fabric.

And then I had a bit of inspiration.
I decided to go BIG!!
Like the biggest quilt that I have
EVER made.

It is not yet quilted but,
I am all done piecing it.

It is around 100" x 110"
with over 1000 pieces and
42 blocks.
The bird fabric is from
Elizabeth's Studios  and it is just beautiful.
I used a variety of blue tones
of Kona and AMB Clothwork Solids and
I pieced it with my favorite thread, Aurifil.

I do believe that I will
have to hand quilt it
because of the size.

Go and check out the
other great hoppers
today!!

Friday, March 20

P.S. Stay tuned for a HUGE giveaway that
will be coming very soon.
